As we all know, the liquor product of Maotai Group is designed mainly for adult male consumers, but this time, the developed product in glass-bottled flavored liquor aims at the consuming market of female, not only with new design of bottle shape, but the hole bottle is cone shape. The bottle neck and cap adopt design of lipstick and also on the bottle body there are different colors as red and pink with modern outlook. Although, the slim bottle neck not just increases naturally the difficulty of industrializing, but also asks for a higher requirement for the equipment supplier. Newamstar technical personnel well design, aiming at customer’s special bottle shape, creatively designed a blowing-filling-capping combiblock. The professional tech-team and sense of responsibility of Newamstar won the recognizing from the Maotai Group.

The other product promoted by Maotai Group is PET bottle blue berry juice, adopts the latest technology of hot filling combiblock. Compared with traditional production line, this can not only reduce the footprint of equipment, operational staff, but can also save consumption of water, air and energy. This energy saving concept just suit the ecological economy concept of the Maotai Group. Before, the Group didn’t have any idea about the bottle design and production process of PET bottle.
